Uncontrolled .

Have you ever had a time that you think you'd really gone crazy ?

That sudden unbearable pain inside me , all over . It cause me hard to breathe . I can't control myself . Mind in a whirl . Shouting to the max to ease the pain . Hit/bang myself with/onto things , all sorts of thing that cause pain on myself , but the pain inside me don't seem to become lesser . The thought of dying , the thought that it might stop the pain , came rushing into my mind . It all came so suddenly .

And it stopped after an hour plus . Felt all tired , lost all my strength and energy , breathing hardly . It caused me to be pretty unwell and weak the whole week , till now .

And then , can anybody tell me what's wrong with me ?
